Our standard onboarding and launch timeline is 7–10 business days from the initial consultation. This covers the discovery session, research, strategy document approval, creative production, technical setup, and pre-launch QA check. For clients with existing accounts and approved creatives, we can compress the timeline to as few as 3–5 business days.
RapBooster handles ad creative production as part of our managed service. Our team writes the ad copy and designs image and carousel creatives aligned with your brand guidelines. If you already have approved brand assets or existing creatives you would like to use, we can incorporate those too. All creatives are sent for your review and sign-off before going live.
You receive a formal monthly performance report covering all key metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CTR, CPA, and ROAS — along with strategic recommendations. In addition, we share a weekly optimisation log outlining the changes made that week and why. Your dedicated account manager is also available via email or call throughout the month for any ad-hoc questions.
Underperformance is identified and acted on rapidly. Our team monitors campaigns daily and will proactively flag issues, pause poor-performing ad sets, and test new creative or audience directions. We will communicate transparently with you about what is happening and what steps we are taking to course-correct. No campaign is left to underperform without intervention.
Yes. You retain full ownership and access to your ad accounts at all times. You can request a campaign pause or stop at any point. We ask for reasonable notice (typically 3–5 business days) so we can document campaign data and provide a final performance summary. There are no penalties for pausing — we want you to feel in control of your advertising spend at all times.
