2. What does "IVR charges billed separately" mean?

The Growth plan includes CRM-side calling integration at no extra cost. However, the telecom operator (Tata Tele or Ozonetel) bills you directly for call minutes and IVR usage based on your plan with them.

3. How does the 10+ user discount work?

When you add 10 or more users on the Growth plan, an additional 10% discount is automatically applied to all users on that account — stacking with annual billing savings.

4. Can I switch plans later?

Absolutely. Upgrade from Starter to Growth at any time. We'll prorate the difference for your remaining billing period — no double-charging, no hassle.
